Voting Guidelines
Each person may vote only twice per day –one for the Mr. NORSU category and one for Ms. NORSU category, and must be the registered subscriber of the email account from which the vote is made.
Votes will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of the vote.
Each person must choose only one contestant per category before submitting his or her vote.
A unique IP address and an email account can only be used to vote once per category per day Once used, the IP address and the email account can only be used again in voting after 12 midnight of that day.
Votes received after 12pm Philippine Time on November 30, 2009 will not be counted.
The candidate to get the highest vote in each category will be declared winners for the Mr and Ms NORSU 2010 People’s Choice Award.
